Leigh On Sea Developments are a full service development company who operate particularly in and around the Southend-on-sea area. They are particular about the properties they select as they look for full scale renovation projects requiring heavy to ground up levels of development.


The company has consistently brought a high level of product to market which both target key buyers in the development locations on build and furnishing quality. The latest development undertaken by the company was a ground up development which incorporated demolition of existing parts of the site.




Leigh On Sea Developments approached Mint Bridging as they required an extension on an existing loan but with short timescales to complete and having an agreement in principle in place their lender negated on this loan at the last minute. The developer approached Mint in need of the extension which we were able to facilitate in extremely short timelines.


Our development loan of £280,000 over 9 months allowed for the developer to continue and complete the project and provide them enough time to refinance the property towards the end of our agreement. Further to this agreement they also worked took advantage of our project management team and on-site quantity surveyors who provided assistance when needed to ensure they comfortably completed the build within the revised timelines.
