Mint Bridging, which specialises in short-term property finance, has made four new appointments as the business continues to grow.
Karen Shepherd has joined the Manchester-based property finance firm as its new operations manager to drive operational efficiencies and provide best-in-class service, while Mint has also strengthened its underwriter team with the addition of Laurence Perkins.
Meanwhile, Danielle Comer takes up the role of pre-completions manager, delivering a service to brokers, solicitors and borrowers, and Anthony Gorman is the company’s new business development manager.

From Brexit looming over our heads to the height of the current global pandemic, we’ve had to adapt to new ways of working and reflect on how we can continue to grow as a business.

Part of that journey was the appointment of Karen, followed by Laurence, Dani and Anthony, all of whom bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be invaluable to the business.”
