Mint Bridging Moves to New Offices

Bridging lender, Mint Bridging has today moved into new offices, having taken a 5400sq ft office suite in the newly refurbished Atlantic Street Business Park in Altrincham, Greater Manchester.  This move underpins Mint’s current plans for expansion and has been in planning for some time, pending the right opportunity arising.

The new location will accommodate the continued growth of the business whilst providing a stronger local presence in the North West, as well as creating a more flexible and accessible venue for meetings and events.

Managing Director, Andrew Lazare, commented “We have been looking to move for a while, this opportunity came up and we were delighted to find such a great working space. Our underwriting and sales teams are growing rapidly, and all our staff needed room to breathe. This move is an exciting milestone in the development of Mint. Having just celebrated a record quarter, it comes at exactly the right time.”

Mint Bridging has been operating since 2011, offering uniquely structured, handcrafted short-term bridging loans (up to £5 million) that borrowers use to fund property purchases, refinance, second charge loans or development projects. As the business is privately funded, third parties do not dictate lending decisions.  This results in their brand strategy generating faster loan conversions.
For brokers looking for a fast, flexible and original approach to borrowing, Mint has a team of 30 people with six mandated underwriters. Sinead Moynihan heads up the sales team, while Richard Showman manages the underwriting team. Andrew Lazare and industry magnate Mark Abrahams run the business.
