Job Opportunity: IN-HOUSE COUNSEL FOR MINT BRIDGING

Expanding national short-term bridging lender seeks experienced, commercially astute lawyer with extensive property experience and substantial knowledge of facility documentation. The appointee will report directly to the Executive Board.

Role includes:

·         Regular review of facility documentation & general instructions

·         Managing panel membership

·         Keeping abreast of relevant case law developments and legislative changes

·         ROT reviews

·         Risk/underwriting assessments

·         Negotiation of JVs/funding lines

·         Investor relations

The ideal candidate will have:

·         Gained experience in a senior law firm

·         Spent a number of years working within a property department

·         Possess first-rate interpersonal skills

·         Strong numeracy skills

·         Demonstrated entrepreneurial flair and ability to “think out of the box.”
