New publicity round up from the past few weeks about Mint Bridging - bridging, rebridging, 2nd charges, refurbishment & development loans:

Mint Bridging has 31 loans scheduled to be completed by the end of March

The figure is a record for the Cheshire-based lender which credits the success to a new, simplified product range comprising of a standard bridging loan, rebridging loans, refurbishment or development loans and second charge loans.

Case Study: £150k Sheffield development
The two developers had initially bought a closed Sheffield pub at auction. Once they had obtained planning consent to convert the building into two terraced houses, the developers contacted Mint to fund the conversion works. Their objective was to sell the finished homes off, for a profit.
