Enjoy some great new updates about Mint including media coverage on case studies, our new employee recruits and all about the surge of rebridging loans - of which Mint is at the forefront.

Mortgage Finance Gazette featured us recently. In the past quarter, rebridging has become a huge part of our business. Contact us with questions about a potential bridge or rebridge, including weekends!
Here's an great new case study regarding a £1.4m rebridge, featured last week. A Georgian manor house in Hampshire, owned by an experienced developer, required entrepreneurial mind sets to complete the deal. Mint stepped in and...well, you can read the rest.

We upgraded our website layout recently and included faster communication tools, easier interface for form completions and more indepth information about our products. Check the new site out here.

NACFB also focused on rebridging this month. It's a hot topic so we gave the 101 on how it works, where it originates and its relationship to bridging. It's an interesting time for the industry to be expanding so lets talk bridging & rebridging on Twitter and remember to #ThatsMint in tweets. Also connect with Richard King on Twitter.
We're on a recruitment roll and have hired a new Head of Credit Control, featured in Bridging & Commercial. As one of the industry's most prominent credit controllers, John Buckley (left) is an incredible asset to Mint and our growing team. Wayne Lee (right) is also featured, joining the Business Development's expanding division, a great asset with his underwriting skills.
